When it came to selecting a builder, I was looking for someone that would give Water’s Edge the personal attention and care to detail that I felt it needed to truly become a one of a kind project. I considered most of Missoula’s premier builders and interviewed several of them, including Wade Hoyt. Wade and I had been friends for many years and I had worked with him on several projects that he had built for himself or other clients; however I had never had him build anything for me.
I can highly recommend Wade and Hoyt Homes to anyone that is interested in getting a first class product at a fair price while working with a great group of honest, hardworking and truly caring people. The Hoyt team did an incredible job remodeling our home…all the way from bidding the project to the final walk-through. The most impressive quality to us was that through every bump in the road, Wade and his team ALWAYS did the right thing…not what was easiest or most profitable for the company. We understand the intricacies of commercial construction regarding design, use, lighting, building regulations, and building materials.
