I replied that I would have not known the difference if they had not installed the ducting in that manner. Wade’s reply was ” I would have known and that is not how we do things here”. When I had questions the Hoyt team usually got back to us the same day even if things came up on a weekend. Any concerns we had were addressed completely and efficiently to our satisfaction for our peace of mind. The project started on time, and as things progressed Jeremy and Wade explained what was going on and why they had to do things in a certain way or specific sequence. We recommend Hoyt Homes for any project, but particularly for a very challenging renovation of a historic structure.
